1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you require a different size or product:

- Return the original item following the return conditions above
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide a description and, if possible, photos
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
