Our gift cards are sent as electronic vouchers by email on the date you specify to the specified email address.
- Payment of the eVoucher (gift voucher) will be charged immediately upon purchase and not on the issue date and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The eVoucher will be assigned to the recipient’s account in the form of an electronic credit which can be exchanged at the last step of the order or as a coupon code.
- Confirmation eVoucher will be sent to the buyer once the order confirmed by ourselves.
- Unwanted gift vouchers can not be returned and promotional codes can not be used to purchase another voucher.
- E-vouchers expire after 6 months with no refund given.
If the recipient does not have an online account on our website, he will need to create an account using the email address to which the coupon was delivered, this can be done during the payment process. The value of the coupon will then appear automatically and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket.
If the total items purchased are less than the eVoucher amount, the remaining funds will remain in the e-credit to be used on their next purchase. If purchased items exceed the amount of eVoucher, the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.
Items purchased with eVoucher may be returned or exchanged but will not be refunded. Only additional amounts paid beyond the value of the gift certificate will be refunded and a new gift certificate code will be issued.
