THE XTRATRAIL
LAVAUX
In 2003, the Junior Chamber of Lavaux set up the Race through Lutry, the objective of which was to run for a good cause. First taken over by the Tri Team Lutry in 2008, then by the Association de la Course des Singes, it became the Urbantrail des Singes in 2015. Over the years, this event has evolved into a type of race which exists nowhere else.
The XTL, the only trail running in a vineyard in Europe, leaves its mark on the runners who encounter it. This is due to the different types of terrain it offers and its family and festive atmosphere.
Although it was a resounding success, our race was able to retain its values. It is open to runners of all levels, offers courses varying from 1 to 50 kilometers and always supports organizations working for children.
