Be there again when we go to the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes at a total of 750 meters above sea level along wonderful trails through the mystical Flims Forest!
The Cuors da Flem Curta, a 12 kilometer trail run 100% on forest paths and single trails, past Conn and the picturesque Lake Cauma with an elevation gain of around 350 meters.
There are 2 refreshment stations available along the route.
The route, covering around 21.1 kilometers and approx. +/- 750 meters in altitude, runs mostly on forest paths and trails along what are probably the most beautiful mountain lakes in Switzerland.
In addition to water and bananas, you will be provided with isotonic drinks and Carbogels from Sponser at the three posts along the route. Biberli and Cola are also available at the finish. The posts are located at KM5, KM11 and KM16.5.
