Beef stew is a classic farmhouse dish packed with some of the best produce of English fields: beef, vegetables and pearl barley. We slow-cook our beef with a spoonful of tamarind to create a depth of flavour. Our potatoes and celeriac are finely sliced, adding just the right amount of bite to this winter favourite.

Firepot food instructions Fast and Light CH

It is incredibly simple to make a Firepot meal. All you need is boiling water.

  1. Tear open the pouch and remove the oxygen scavenger sachet.
  2. Pour in boiling water up to the level indicated on the packet.
  3. Stir and the seal the pouch using the zip-lock strip.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir again and eat from the pouch, or tip into a bowl.
