OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRODUCT THAT WILL LAST CORRECTLY FOR THE USE IT WAS INTENDED AND DESIGNED. WE WANT YOU TO USE IT DAILY, TAKE IT EVERYWHERE YOU GO, AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR FAST AND LIGHT OR OUR PARTNER BRAND PRODUCTS
We also want you to take care of your FAST AND LIGHT or our partner brand products so it will last you as long as possible. Outerwear, shoes, boots and bags can take a lot of use and beatings but still need care and to be used for the purpose they were designed for.
In the unlikely event that your product has manufacturing defects within the first 90 days after purchase, please contact us immediately so we can find a resolution. If your product defects outside of the ninety-day window, contact us with a description of the problem and pictures. You can count on us to work hard to do everything in our power to help and find a solution to the problem.
We want you to love your purchase from FAST AND LIGHT. In the highly unlikely event that when you open your package you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us immediately. Once the product is returned to us in the original unused condition, we will refund you for the purchase, not including initial shipping expenses. Please allow 5-15 business days for your refund to appear on your account (time to refund varies between payment methods). Please note: If you have your product made-to-measure or personalized by FAST AND LIGHT, the product is only able to be returned if the product has material or manufacture defects within 90 days. You will not be able to return the product for any other reason other than a defect.
We will only authorize refunds within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. The product must be postmarked within the 14 days. We are a small company and we do not carry a lot of stock, so we must insist that the returned product is in perfect condition. This is crucial to the viability of our business. When you buy an FAST AND LIGHT product or one of our partner brands product, you are the very first and only person to ever use that product. We do not supply second hand or previously used items, and therefore we cannot accept returns of goods that have been used.
We cannot exchange goods directly. If you decide that you want a different style after your order has been shipped, you will need to return your order either by post or visiting our Geneva boutique and place a new one.
If we determine that the returned goods are used and not in their original and unused condition, we will return them back to you at your expense. If we receive the goods damaged, we will not be able to issue the refund, but we will contact you with photos of the damage so you can file a claim with the shipping company. Postage, shipping costs and import fees are not refundable. If the return is postmarked outside of 14 business days, we reserve the right to deny the refund, approve the refund, or offer store credit in lieu of cash.
