WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our free delivery service is for Switzerland and Liechtenstein for all orders over 100 CHF.
We can also deliver to other countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes countries within Europe. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
It is free for Switzerland for all orders over 100 CHF. For smaller orders or for orders from other destinations It will depend on the size and weight of the items and delivery address, the price of which is given on checkout.
WILL A SIGNATURE BE NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?
It will depend on the service. If we use Swiss Post then a signature maybe not be needed. For other transport companies or certain types of parcels a signature maybe required. When a signature is needed and if nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location such as a local post office. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Easy! First, repack the item with all the labels and tags still attached and post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 30 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on footwear with socks and any underwear over your own underwear.
MUCH DOES IT COST?
Currently we do not offer free returns for Switzerland. We will not reimburse you unless there is a mistake in the delivrery of your order our from our end.

For other parts of Europe/Rest of World – We’re sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard tracking service.
