We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we realise that with many products, such as clothing and footwear, it is not always possible to be completely sure of the fit or that other features of the product are exactly what you want, no matter how much information we try to provide on this website.

For this reason we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange of your purchase at your discretion provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information such as receipt and packing notes within 30 days of you receiving it.

We will extend this period for International Customers where returned items get held up in transit.

All refunds will exclude any postage paid for faster or special Swiss deliveries or postage for overseas orders, except when the goods are faulty.

A refund will normally be made without quibble, however it would be helpful to us to know the reason for the return as this will assist our customer service in the future.

We are not responsible for losses during return transit.


We want you to be happy with your purchase from FAST AND LIGHT. If you wish to return goods, then you can do so to our office in Yvorne, Vaud or to our Returns department by post.

Return the unwanted item along with the delivery note within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Unwanted items should be in new condition, with the original packaging, labelling and with a FAST AND LIGHT receipt.

A refund request will usually be made within 3 working days from receipt.

Please note, for unwanted items and exchanges you are responsible for paying all return postage charges.

If you are returning goods that are faulty or incorrect, then any return postage charges you pay will be refunded to you by FAST AND LIGHT.

If the item received is not quite as you expected, the quickest way to receive an exchange is to place a new order online then return the unwanted goods.

Missing / Incomplete Orders or Damaged Goods

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, or arrives incomplete or damaged, then please call +41 787 51 95 93 so we may investigate from our end.

You can return damaged goods to us via the returns method listed above or directly through our office.

Change or Cancel Your Order

Once an order is placed, in most circumstances, it is unlikely we will be able to make any changes to that order.

If you wish to add items then please place a new order via the website.

Dependent upon the status of your order we may be able to change some details, remove items or cancel the order prior to dispatching.
