Ingredients: TVP mince (soya beans, caramel), orzo pasta (durum wheat semolina), tomatoes, onion, garlic, tomato puree, olive oil, mushroom stock (mushroom concentrate, yeast extract, sugar, cornflour), salt, oregano, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, citric acid.

It is incredibly simple to make a Firepot meal. All you need is boiling water.
- Tear open the pouch and remove the oxygen scavenger sachet.
- Pour in boiling water up to the level indicated on the packet.
- Stir and the seal the pouch using the zip-lock strip.
- Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir again and eat from the pouch, or tip into a bowl.
